Shipping Methods

At horaciovan, we know our customers are operating in competitive business environments. That's why we're committed to shipping you our products as quickly as possible. When you order from us, you will get the best service available. 

1.Domestic Shipping

All domestic orders are processed the day they are received. Generally, orders submitted before 2 p.m. EST will be shipped the same day, while those submitted later will likely be shipped the next day.

We currently offers a variety of shipping methods, such as:

Three-day select

Second day air

Next day air

Customer shipping account

Please make sure you provide a valid shipping address (no PO boxes, please) and a phone number where you can be reached during the day in the event of a shipping problem.

Your card will be charged the day your order is processed. In addition, you will also be emailed an invoice containing a link to view its status. We will be sure to keep you up to date on your order, so feel free to email sale@horaciovan.com with any questions.

All prices are subject to variation. Although we offer our very best estimates, we cannot guarantee that your actual shipping charge will be the same as the estimated charge. If the price ends up being significantly larger, we will contact you before processing the order. We will not proceed unless you respond.

2. International Shipping

horaciovan is more than happy to ship anywhere in the world. However, we can only accept orders from verifiable companies, and orders by individuals for themselves will not be processed. In general, international orders will take longer for the following reasons:

If we don't have the part you need, we will have to ship it here before we can ship it to you.

All international shipments are sent via DHL or UPS. Shipping time may vary depending on where you are located.

All international orders will be shipped to your "Bill To" address. You can expect your delivery anywhere between 7 days after ordering. If you have any questions, please feel free to email sale@horaciovan.com.

horaciovan also accepts payment for international orders by wire transfer. Simply add all of your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will soon receive an email with the total and wire transfer information shortly.

All base prices are in U.S. dollars. All applicable brokerage fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
